All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with original tags attached. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in its original, undamaged shoebox. Swimwear must have sanitary strips attached and intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Lingerie, fragrances, and discounted or sale items purchased online are final sale—no refunds or store credit.
Relevant Boutique currently offers $10 flat-rate shipping via USPS on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after placing your order. Signatures are not required, so please make sure your delivery location is secure. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
Relevant cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Relevant is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature, carrier delays, or other uncontrollable events.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.

In Store Policy
We only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the fulfillment date. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you. During the returns process, if an item is ineligible for a return, you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are final sale, accessories, intimates, + bodysuits. If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you. All accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns. Accessories are jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, + belts. Bodysuits, intimates, kids clothing, and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website. Store credit does not expire.
